Here are the general steps we use to help you sell your house after you contact us by phone at 804/719-1489 or our seller’s webform.

  1. We do a phone interview to see what kinds of offers might work.
  2. If we get close to something that works over the phone, we’ll arrange a time to see your property.
  3. We’ll sign the initial paperwork that outlines the plan we agree to.
  4. We proceed towards closing as scheduled.
  5. Show up at closing with the keys and you are done.
